SHIPPING / RECEIVING PACKAGES

A handling fee of $15.00 plus taxable service charge and tax per package/box will be incurred for all packages/boxes shipped to the hotel. Pallets will not be accepted without prior notification of delivery. Pallets will be charged a fee of $100.00 plus taxable service charge and taxes. Incoming packages/boxes/pallets will not be accepted any earlier than 72 business hours prior to the start of the event.
The following information must be provided on each box:

- Telephone number of sending party
